Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Roasy on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Roasy is a unified dashboard for paid user acquisition across mobile ad networks. We connect to your ad accounts and your Adjust (MMP) account via OAuth, then surface analytics, LTV-calibrated ROAS, and AI-assisted budget recommendations. Roasy is a decision-support tool — you always review and approve any change before it's applied.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You're responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly at security@roasy.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may only connect ad accounts and data sources that you own or are authorized to access. By connecting them, you instruct Roasy to access the relevant data — read-only by default — to provide the Service. You can revoke any connection at any time. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as the law allows.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or bypass usage limits and security controls.
• Connect data you're not authorized to access, or misuse another customer's data.

Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. In summary: the Free tier is free within its documented limits; Starter is a flat monthly subscription; and Scale is billed as a percentage of the ad spend across your connected networks. We may change pricing with notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Usage-based charges (Scale) are calculated on actual spend across connected networks for the period.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Roasy purchases. “Paddle” or “Paddle.net” may appear on your statement. Paddle handles payment and tax collection, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms. You're responsible for any taxes that aren't collected at checkout.

We want Roasy to earn its place. Our refund policy, consistent with Paddle's Buyer Terms, is:

• 14-day money-back. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription charge — including your first purchase and each renewal — for any reason.
• How to request. Email billing@roasy.ai or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Avoiding future charges. You can cancel at any time (see section 9) to stop the next renewal.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew after that. Cancelling doesn't automatically trigger a refund — if you're within the 14-day window above, request one as described in section 8.

Roasy and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. Your data — including the account and campaign data you connect — remains yours.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Roasy's recommendations are estimates based on the data available; we don't guarantee any particular ROAS, revenue, or marketing outcome. Final spend decisions are always yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roasy isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or ad spend made on the basis of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Roasy against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your connection of data you weren't authorized to access.

You can stop using Roasy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Roasy or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment, disclaimers, and liability) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute — without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date above, and for material changes we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use Roasy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
